Getting Healthy?

So it's been 8 months since I quit smoking, and aside from healthier lungs, I've also managed to gain a significant amount of weight (10kg) since I quit, which is really starting to bother me. Today, I came across a web site, Health Bolt, that really inspired me to pick up my running shoes and start running again. When I land in Boston in a few hours, I'll pick up some gear and hit the gym at the Hotel. The idea here is to sign up for a 5k race, and finish it. After that, we'll see... perhaps 10k ? :)

There's a typo in your story. You spelled my site Health BOT, it's Helathbolt. Just an FYI, not trying to be uppity.
